This website www.luwa.be (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and these Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) are governed by Belgian law. The Site and the Terms are written in French and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the French language version will prevail. Finally, in the event of any dispute, the competent courts at Namur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any use of this Site must comply with the Terms of Use as defined below and will be deemed to have taken place on Belgian territory. By using this Site, the user acknowledges that he/she has read these Terms and has agreed to abide by them.

LuWa, its partners, their managers or employees cannot therefore guarantee that the information published on this Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
Changes and updates are regularly made to this Site. With regard to this, LuWa reserves the right to make any modification, rectification or change at any time.
LuWa and its partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the Site including, but not limited to: lack of accessibility; loss of data or profits; fraudulent access by a third party that results in changes to the information that is made available on the Site and/or whether there are viruses present on the Site; damages related to the use or operation of this Site and its content.

This Site is governed in its completeness by French law pertaining to copyright, trademark law and intellectual property in general.
The components that constitute this Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”) are the property of LuWa and/or its partners and/or its technical service providers. LuWa does not grant any usage licence nor any right other than the right to consult this Site. This Content is protected by the relevant laws on copyright, trademark, designs and patents, and unfair competition laws.
The Content specifically includes: architecture, text, photographs, illustrations, software, graphics (including colours, fonts and the way in which the screens are graphically organised and laid out), images, databases, sound elements, still images or animated visuals, downloadable programs and in more general terms, all of the information and components that are available on the Site.
Furthermore, the trademarks and logos of LuWa and/or its partners that appear on the Site are registered trademarks or logos.
In respect of its Site, LuWa reserves all intellectual property rights (texts, animated or still images, sounds, graphics, downloadable documents, databases and any other component that constitutes the site) as well as the information that is made available.
Any reproduction, dissemination, sale, distribution, publication, adaptation, translation, processing or use, even partial, of its Site is prohibited without first receiving written consent from LuWa. 5. PRIVACY PROTECTION – COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
